This is an incredibly cool, modern hi-gain combo. I own it and it's very sturdy, nice looking, versatile and nice sounding. 30 watt of 6L6 power, 3 Channels, on board pre-boost and digital reverb, a complete EQ panel with push-pull knobs plus Dynamics and Tone control, bypassable send/return, a post power D.I. line out with cab simulation, external cab output and an essential WATTS control let you dial in every sound you need for almost any situation. A complete 4 button footswitch comes stock with the amp for giving you nice clean, crunch, and incredible lead sounds. The 1x12" HH speaker is surely nicer than some renowned brands' low-end drivers that you can find stock in some other amps on the same price range. It is loud but you can play with it also in your room thanks to the WATTS control, which takes you from 30 to 1 watt in less than one second, and you can also jam over your favourite tunes with the AUX input. I recommend this amp to every kind of musician, especially to amateurs or to hardrockers and metal players tired of bringing around heavy heads and 4x12 cabinets and looking for a cool-looking more practical solution. With a Laney IRT 112 external cabinet you have a nice compact stack useful for almost any live situation, and in the impossible case it's not enough, you go through the PA with its incredible quality DI ouput. A nice multi effects unit into the effects loop, maybe a noise gate, and you don't need anything else. 5 stars for me.

First of all it is a 40 watt RMS combo, and not 30, meaning with this that it's LOUD. After that, this is surely one of the cheapest but best sounding practice/jam amps you can find around. Digital reverb,10 db footswitchable boost, convincing clean, crunch and lead tones, phones and line ouputs with cab simulation, plus the renowned Peavey TransTube solid state technology: you can't go wrong. I wish it had also an effects loop and an external cab output, but at this price range you can't complain. Recommended to anyone is looking for an affordable and plausible amp for practice, rehearsals and even live gigs. I also suggest to swap the stock speaker with an Eminence Ramrod to change this great little amp in a whole different beast.

This pedal kills the noise but preserves your sound much better than pedals like Boss NS2, MXR Noise Clamp or Electro Harmonix Silencer. Thanks to its multi-band technology, it gives you silence but, if well set, simply doesn't kill your tone, attack and sustain. If you are on the market for a noise gate, I strictly suggest not to waste your money with low-budget solutions and buying this instead, because it is awesome. Highly recommended.

I primarily set SD1 as a booster to tighten my amp distortion: Level at max, Drive at min, Tone as you like. It works very well for this, I prefer SD1 over Ibanez TS9, just for saying. A truely nice underrated overdrive, surely recommended if you need an affordable and reliable pre-booster.

I can play without wah, chorus and flanger, but without the Phase 90 I'm lost! It gives life both to clean, crunch and lead tones, set it BEFORE overdrive/distortions and you'll be in heaven. Irreplaceable.

I have a black SG Standard equipped with a couple of these amazing pickups. They of course shine on hard crunch and very distorted sounds, which is what I'm mainly interested for. Always clearly defined both on standard and downtuned tunings, this pickup tone is bassy and middle-stressed but NEVER muddy. It cleans up very well rolling back your guitar volume because it is very dynamic, despite its medium-high output (around 14 Kohms). It costs a lot, but you pay not only for the riffmaster name but also for an incredible quality, cool looking rock-metal pickup. Highly recommended.

It is a very smooth, precise and nice looking tuner. Got mine for 5 years now, it's indestructible. Recommended.
