A sound designer's dream plugin to create kicks. Many settings, great variety. Quick results.

High end surgical EQ

Pure sounds, more settings than I can learn in 2 years, awesome UI.

Enough content for lifetime

Steep learning curve, but someone can also stick to some of the settings.

Overall great variety, settings, sound.

Excellent

Good for mixing, mastering. Detailed settings, LUFS metering, with streaming presets.

adamfiregate

High end

Detailed, open sounds, with good controls.

Drummachine with character

Pros: great sound, selectable base sounds Cons: It is a bit hard to tune properly, big CPU usage

Good all-rounder

The bass is a bit stronger in the spectrum, but overall great cans for music listening and production.

Great sound, great graphics

An original Buchla Easel falls apart from touching. Some of them are badly built up.

I don't have this problem with the software version! ;)

No need to go higher than this

The most precise, detailed 5" speaker I ever heard. The speed and balance is a dream come true.

It's almost I could touch sounds in real space.

Good interface

Good preamps and converters. There is no DSP, but I didn't need that.

Simple but great

Quick and easy sampler. I use it mainly for drum hits.

Secondary DAW

I use it mainly for showing my tutorials on FL studio as well, besides Ableton.

My primary DAW is still Ableton. FL is just a supplement for me.

I like the ghost channells and the new mixer.

Version: Image Line FL Studio 12

The best headphones at this price

Literally the best sounding can I have ever heard in the budget range.

I use it mainly for music listening.

adamfiregate

Great controller

The Ableton integration could be a bit better in terms of factory templates, but that aside it is a solid product with great build quality.

adamfiregate

Great value

I use it for voice-over and sound design. Great value for the money.

adamfiregate

Good sound, great price

The entry point in studio quality, mainly used for sound design and voice-over

Excellent MIDI keyboard

Built like a tank and it doesn't need a driver. Just plug and play. So easy!

The best software modular

It sounds fat, round, creamy, metallic, organic. Whatever you want. Also awesome expansion modules.

My favorite DAW in new version

Ableton got better! I really like the capture feature, the new Wavetable synth, the new Echo effect and the infinite folders.

Version: Ableton Live 10

My best headphones yet

This is my most expensive headphones yet. I found it extremely good for listening, production, mixing and mastering as well.

  • lighweight
  • ultra detailed sound
  • quick transients
  • comfortable
  • good for long sessions as it is open backed

It has a better tonal quality than the Sennheiser HD 600. The HD 600 doesn't have enough bass, but the R70x is superior in the bass range. Overall I like the R70x better.
