Bruce used this model whole "Revenge" tour (it was one of his most used models). Also used in a studio (songs "Paralyzed", "Seduction of the Innocent", "I Confess", "In the Mirror" and "I Walk Alone" by Kiss).

Bruce Kulick performs “Jungle” from Carnival of Souls

On August 9th, 2019. Bruce Kulick of KISS & Grand Funk Railroad returned to Rock City Music

"Here's my 1963 Gibson Acoustic, used on the Carnival Of Souls LP song, "I Will Be There" and various songs from the UNION debut. Small but full of tone, it's one of my favorite instruments to play"

"If we played the song live, playing the solo would be torture for me. My new toy was the then fashionable Whammy by Digitech guitar pedal. I added it to my arsenal on the advice of producer Toby Wright because I was looking for a sound that would outperform the Revenge solo. COS was supposed to be darker, dirtier and heavier than Revenge. Fortunately, I found common ground with this pedal and used it to play octaves. The Sunburst ESP Horizon guitar with a Floyd Rose typewriter performed very well on the recording. The sound was just right, considering that the lyrics of the song Jin had one foot in hell, because the track was called "Hate"!"

Here you can see Bruce Kulick playing Kiss song "Jungle" on a vintage Fender '65 Jazz Bass with sunburst finish. Bruce mentions using a “vintage“ MXR Phase 90 (Script logo) pedal at the 6:26 timestamp. (Bruce originally used a similar bass by ESP).
