Greg used this bass mainly for the Practice What You Preach tour. The video shown is Testament in studio recording their 3rd album. At 0:18 you can see Greg playing a red Ibanez RD 727 bass. Same one for recording the album and playing on tour for Practice What You Preach. Greg retired the bass after the tour and went back to playing his Ibanez soundgear bass.

Greg used this bass to record "The Ritual" and play on the tour. He used it to play songs like So Many Lies and the titled track. On the Ibanez 1992 General Catalog For USA; Greg was interviewed on what basses he plays and he said "I just got a Soundgear five-string, which for me is a new concept; I've never played a five-string before. But I'm going to be using it on probably a third to a half of the new Testament album." At 3:22 you can see Greg playing the 5 string bass.
