How to Sound Like Bowling for Soup

Bowling for Soup’s sound is distinguished by its upbeat and punchy guitar riffs, often achieved through the use of Gibson Les Paul and Ernie Ball Music Man Axis guitars. Their music is characterized by a tight, driving rhythm section and humorous lyrical content, which is complemented by the crisp, powerful tones of the Mesa/Boogie Dual Rectifier amplifiers. The band’s arrangements are melodic and high-energy, drawing on classic punk rock influences while incorporating pop sensibilities.
