The Ataris are an American pop-punk band originating from Anderson, Indiana, known for their emotionally charged and energetic music that blends elements of emo, screamo, and skate punk. Formed in 1996 by Kris Roe (vocals, guitar), the band initially began as a home demo-recording project and quickly gained attention with their heartfelt lyrics and catchy melodies.
