Formed in the late 1980s by school friends Andrew Levy (bass), Jan Kincaid (drums, keyboards), and Simon Bartholomew (guitar), the band has seen various vocalists, including N’Dea Davenport, Siedah Garrett, and Sy Smith, among others. Their music seamlessly blends jazz, neo-soul, funk, and jazz-funk, making them pioneers in the genre with classic tracks like "Dream On Dreamer" and "Midnight at The Oasis."
