Little Joy is an indie pop trio known for their breezy, sun-soaked sound that blends elements of indie rock with a touch of Brazilian flair. The group was formed in Los Angeles and consists of Rodrigo Amarante (vocals, guitar) from Brazilian band Los Hermanos, Fabrizio Moretti (drums) from The Strokes, and Binki Shapiro (vocals), a singer from Los Angeles. Their music captures a laid-back, nostalgic vibe, drawing inspiration from the mellow corners of indie rock and the melodic sensibilities of Brazilian music. The group's name is inspired by a cocktail lounge near their Echo Park home, reflecting their easygoing and intimate musical approach.
