The Boxer Rebellion is an international indie rock band renowned for their atmospheric soundscapes and emotionally charged songwriting. Formed in London in 2001, the band consists of Nathan Nicholson (vocals, guitar, keyboards) from Tennessee, and English musicians Adam Harrison (bass), Piers Hewitt (drums), and Andrew Smith (lead guitar), who replaced original guitarist Todd Howe. Emerging in the post-Britpop era, they gained acclaim with their self-released album Union, which made history as one of the first digital-only releases to enter the UK Albums Chart.
