SONiVOX is a music software company that designs, develops, and markets virtual instruments, sample libraries, and embedded audio technologies. Founded by Jennifer Hruska — a former head of sound design at Kurzweil — the company originally operated under the name Sonic Implants before becoming Sonic Network and ultimately SONiVOX. Hruska's first major project was a comprehensive orchestral sample library recorded with players from the Boston Pops and BMOP orchestras, which became a staple in film and television composition and earned an endorsement from Hans Zimmer.

The company built a reputation as one of the largest third-party SoundFont developers in the world and licensed its embedded MIDI and audio technology to Google as the sole MIDI solution for the Android mobile OS. SONiVOX's product catalog spans orchestral libraries (the Orchestral Companion series for brass, strings, and woodwinds), electronic synthesizers (Wobble, a dubstep grime generator with a spectral morphing synthesis engine; Twist, a spectral morphing synthesizer), vocal tools (Vocalizer Pro), vintage keyboard emulations (Eighty Eight Ensemble, Solina Redux), and drum instruments (Big Bang Universal, Big Bang Cinematic). The company was acquired by inMusic Brands in 2012.
