i would want a dimarzio humbucker, probably something that is close to steve vai tone

i am starting to get into playing metal leads and want a new tone just for that. what pickups should i get for the bridge?

would a dimarzio tone zone be fit for an sg? I really like a lot of lows and mids for my rhythm tone.

I am willing to mod an sg with some new PAFs. what models would you reccomend?

I do have a question that I have already made a thread for but nobody has answered and its about 2 or more submissions of the same item. I have seen in multiple artist's gear pages that many submissions are of the same item. For example, Tyler Joseph's squier vm jaguar bass short scale has been submitted 4 times. Billie Joe Armstrong also has multiple submissions of the les Paul junior (this might be right because he has approximately 20 les Paul juniors in his collection). What should I do about this?

for strat scale I use 10-46/52 but on shorter scales like Gibson I use 11-48/52

1046 for standard, drop d, dadgad. 1052 for eb, drop C#, d standard, 12-56 for drop b

I don't strings that are too heavy I will save them for my baritone

I dont know but for guitar i reccomend for drop c# 10-52 and drop c 11-54, I think the 10-52s work well in e

yes I am aware when I drop d, I used 10-46, but for drop c# I use 10-52

drop tuning is a good way to turn melodies to power chord sequences. But there are different types of drop tunings such as drop d, c, c#, and eb. While they are all drop tuning, some people are saying that they are different. Same thing with e standard, d standard, and eb standard. Please clarify the difference aside from being half or one step down.

I am looking for a high end strat style guitar. My price cap is 2500. What would you reccomend? It doesn't have to be fender.

What if an artist uses a certain piece of gear but doesnt own it? For example, Tyler Joseph used a motif xs8 synth but it is belongs the studio. Is it considered correct? If So why?

I use 9-42 paradigm slinky on my strat (eb) , 10-46 daddario on prs (drop c#), and 11-48 on Ibanez (drop b)
