Cullaloe

This is a robust beast that has out-lived every other guitar I have owned. It has a tone and action that you can't often find even on guitars at ten times the price. Mine is beaten up and abused but the neck is straight as a die and frets as tidy as ever. It's versatile and sweet.

I saw Scott Holiday (Rival Sons) using one of these and was instantly hooked. My order direct from JetSlide arrived quickly and within minutes I held the solution to how I've tried to play chords, riffs and slide without having to mess around sliding a bottleneck off and on my finger. Even with import tax and post office handling charges, these come in at under fifty quid in the UK and are worth every penny in what they will do for your blues.

Love the range and feel of the keyboard, which I use as a piano in a space where I can't fit a piano. Would love a few more voices but that's nitpicky. This is a beast. Get the best stand you can for it.

The neck snapped on mine after a couple of years - cracked right across behind the nut. The ranger 6 I bought around the same time has lasted a further 40 years.
