Great cheap bass

I hadn't owned a bass for years and this $200 Squier was a great way to get back into it. Feels nice and sounds solid for such an affordable instrument.

THE BEST FUZZ

I love this pedal. I always keep the clipping selector switch set to LED as I think that is the best sounding of the options. Depending on the setting of the 8-Bit knob, this can go from medium OD/distortion to super chewy, velcro ripping, video gamey fuzz. More than enough volume as compare to other fuzzes that tend to have to be turned up higher for unity with clean signal.

Ultimate

Mine is actually a 1983 Les Paul Custom to which I have added a third pickup and Bigsby vibrato unit. This Page model is the closet visually to the one I own. It started out factory chrome hardware and Kahler vibrato equipped, but was modified before it got to me. I patched up the poorly filled Kahler route and reaplced all hardware with gold. The pickups are Gibson BUrstbucker in the neck, Fralin HB sized hum cancelling alnico p90 in the middle, and Duncan Antiquity in the bridge.

Hand built clone

I use a DIY Fuzz Factory clone I built a few years ago. Sounds pretty close to the real thing. Great for really gnarly fuzz and crackly feedback.

Sounds great

I have the Satin finish version, and the neck is a little weird but otherwise sounds great.

with Fromel Electronics Surpeme Mod kit installed

The Fromel mod fixes about 90% of the noise issues, greatly improves the reverb, and rounds out the overall tone making it less harsh. Recommended to take this amp from pretty good to great.

My #1

If all my guitars were on fire, I would put this one out first.
