In this Facebook post, Dave Elitch posts a photo of his Hayman kit and says:

My boy blue! These old Hayman kits are so great. I found this one that was super beat up and Heuers Drum Lab rewrapped it in a crazy serpentine blue he had lying around. They’re like made like vintage Ludwig’s (3ply w thick re-rings) but with more balls due to them using Scandinavian Birch instead of Maple or Mahogany. Common over in the UK but not as much stateside.
