Steve Five, singer and guitarist for The Library is On Fire, uses a Mesa/Boogie Mark IV combo amplifier. This is confirmed by an Instagram post from the band's account, which includes a photo of the amplifier and a caption stating, "Speaker blown due to a short (not my fault!) but I’ve got Dave on it (the best in the biz) after Matt Wells (best on Earth) said he refuses to work on Mesas anymore…so to Whippany it is. Replacing the pentode/triode switch & the reverb tank as well."

Plenty of honest wear throughout—scratches, scuffs, dings, checking, cracks, tarnishing, etc. Dark marking on the back. There are filled in holes and a couple small screws high up on the bass-side of the neck. There is a crack on the top running under the tailpiece. It would benefit from humidification/gluing. There is a section on the back/side where the back is shrinking away from the side. This would benefit from repair. It appears that the back of the headstock had a previous repair done. Overall, this guitar has lots of wear from over the years and would benefit from some TLC, though it still plays and sounds great.

According to the truss rod cover he uses the "Standard" Les Paul by Gibson in black / ebony finish .
