Tommy Bolin uses Yamaha SX-125 Custom
The Yamaha SX-125 Custom is a rare, custom-built electric guitar that Tommy Bolin used during his 1975 Japanese tour with Deep Purple. According to a tweet by SchildChris on Twitter, Yamaha provided Bolin with this guitar, which featured unique gadgets like a tremolo bridge, mini amp, and built-in tuner. Bolin notably played the SX-125 Custom during Deep Purple's performance of "Highway Star" at the Nagoya Diamond Hall on December 8, 1975.

Jimmy Lanwern uses ZVex Super Duper 2-in-1 Hand Painted
In a recent Instagram post by Keo, Jimmy Lanwern is seen using the ZVex Super Duper 2-in-1 Hand Painted pedal, which he swapped in for his ZVex Super Hard On. This is presumably paired with his ZVex Mastotron as an always-on boost when accompanied by fuzz. The proof of this setup is visible in the image provided on Equipboard.

Jack Ruch uses Royer R-121
In this Instagram post, Jack Ruch says he uses a Royer 121 and shows it micing up his Fender Princeton Reverb. He says:
I finally upgraded my recording rig to the tried and true combo of a sm57 and a royer 121 through some nice api’s. I didn’t think it would make that big of a difference but it’s huge. Better late than never.
