Most of my outboard synths/modules have midi in and out only. This provides 4x additional paths from my Digitakt to control

essential for sequencing multiple Korg Volcas

quintessential for a Korg Volca setup (and of course more). sequencing up to 4 volcas from live, even transmits MIDI power for powered cabled like the RK-002!

MIDI-powered 1-in / 4-out midi box

This this is very easy to use and useful. So long as the midi device connected to it's MIDI input follows standard MIDI protocol by providing 5v, it is MIDI-powered!
