I've been using the Krome as my main keyboard for a couple of years now and it works beautifully. Every patch on here is just sensational. The pianos and EPs are especially nice as well. Drums sound very realistic and so do most of the other patches as well. Effects are good; I don't really use them too much though. MIDI connectivity works like a charm, and this beast sounds great when hooked up to an amp or recording software. This is the most versatile thing I have ever played on before, and I'm proud to have this as my go-to workstation of choice.

I'm a percussionist/keyboardist, but when I picked this up it was very easy to learn and use the included software. It feels very nice in your hands when you play it, and breath control on this is just amazing; so many different sound options. The pack-in patches are ok at best, so investing in the Garritan orchestra might be a better choice. Overall, this wind controller is a great entry-level option with many strong qualities that separate itself from the others.
