Feeling old is inevitable. Hell, I’ll be 17 years old in a few weeks and I’m already feeling old, these days.

You should definitely add TikTok on here. After all, it’s become quite popular around the world.

Photo of rig not loading

This also happened to me. Don't know why it happens, though.

Band

It must have a musicbrainz page, I believe.

Honestly, I didn’t know this was an option. I’ll check it out once I’m back from school. Edit: So, I just added the item, therefore, ignore all of these posts.

Mods can you please add

Name: Behringer UP300

Image: https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSOT7nDZtbYsAzW5nY0HrKk5DaO3J4z5tnEP1IJSg7FnkWxSNFf9UzxZTj4H2_kXd94rG0&usqp=CAU

It's a phaser effect pedal, sort of a continuation of the Behringer UP100.

anyone know what pedals these are?

I don’t have a instagram account anymore, so no. Also, dad rock is, more or less, your typical 70s-80s hard rock/glam/heavy metal bands (AKA stuff like Guns n Roses, Led Zeppelin, Metallica, Whitesnake, etc.).

anyone know what pedals these are?

I wasn’t even born during the 90s, but my father was, though he was and still is more of a dad rock fan (no offense, though)

anyone know what pedals these are?

Since you, fellas have been talking about Duster, I just wanna say a few things. First, yes, their sound did evolve over time. Second, what's specifically a "generic 90's band"? Because, believe me, they aren't as generic as they might look. Third, I don't know what kind of skate videos feature music as depressive and as slow as Duster. Also, here's some songs that RYM reccomends from them: Me and the Birds (from Contemporary Movement) Inside Out (from Stratosphere) Orbitron (from Transmission, Flux)

I could identify the tuner, but not the rest. The tuner is TC Electronic PolyTune.

I added a wrong submission and i wanna delete it

While I see your point, it's still annoying as fuck.

Not related to submissions, but could you perhaps remove all these forum posts promoting prostitution that came out lately?

Any amp recommendations?

Ok, only now I remembered about this thread so sorry for the long wait. I want one which I can play at home, but also use it to play in gigs. I heard Orange amps are quite cheap from where I am and I heard them being used and it sounded good. The pedals I think I can find on my own. Have a good day and sorry for the late response…

Any amp recommendations?

I’ve been thinking about getting a new amp for a while, so I want some recommendations from all who want to give some. I want one that’s cheap, but that sounds good.

What’s on your pedalboard

Unfortunately, I still don’t have a big pedalboard, but in my music school, I have a multi effect pedal connected to another multi effect processor. At home, the only pedal I have is a Behringer UP-300 Ultra Phaser pedal.

Yeah, this problem happens constantly around here. Maybe it's an error in the program. idk, I ain't that interested in IT (No matter how much my father pleads for me to do a major on it once I graduate).

Trash Theory is a really good channel of music history. I recommend looking into his “Before ___” series. It’s really interesting.

Great recommendation. I 110% agree.

This essay on early Industrial music is one I've pushed on different friends this year.

Thanks for the agreement :) Also, I really love his essay on the history of Shoegaze.

5-string basses with tiny/vintage-height frets?

I don’t necessarily want the V, you know.

5-string basses with tiny/vintage-height frets?

Look into Fender Bass V

The OG. Isn't that designed for a high C instead of a low B though?

Honestly, if I ever get a 5-string bass, I’ll remove the strings, replace them with 6-strings bass strings and tune it this way.

I ain't from the (des)United States of America, so yeah, I don't remember. I do have a similar problem with gambling apps being advertised ON TV in where I live.

King Buffalo is already an artist, but I cannot search them or add equipment to them

You need to add the members of the band, incase you want to find them in your searches. Also, you can only add gear to the members themselves, not the band.

Hope so. Some of these scammers are really getting out of hand. I’ve thought about making a forum dedicated to taking care of these kinds of people and others who do vile stuff.

I actually wanted a Roland JC-40, due to the chorus effect.

Well, the one he wants has an overdrive effect on it. And since I want more effects to my guitar…

Thanks for the advice, although it might be expensive here in Brazil. Not to mention, I think my father might buy an Orange amp.

I told my father I want a new amp for christmas.

I smashed one of my guitars.

Doesn’t matter if the guitar was shitty or not, burn in hell, abomination.

Post Your Personal Gear

The varitone is sort of stuck in the middle. Also, it’s hisses no matter if the pedal is plugged in or not.

Post Your Personal Gear

Well, mine is a Tagima knockoff of a Jazzmaster, which I love dearly. I also got a Behringer UP-300 phaser pedal, which is currently the only pedal I have. I also got a Meteoro bass combo amplifier, which seems to be broken, because, anytime I turn it on, it produces an endless hissing. Probably going to replace it with another amp. I also got a Jazz Bass knockoff, which I customized heavily and I painted the headstock, so nobody knows what’s the brand ;)

What happened to Guitar Geek?

Yeah, very strange. When I tried to find the original site, it just led me to an YouTuber called vanderbilly. Maybe he knows what happened. I also found their page on the internet archive.

What happened to Guitar Geek?

Recently, I found a bunch of rig diagrams from a site called Guitar Geek, which I kept in a file for myself. I tried to find the website, but it seems to have dissapeared. Does anyone knows what happened?

The Hello-Thread: Please Allow Me To Introduce Myself 👋

Well, don't mind if I do. I'm Francis, I'm a 16-year old autistic (very low severity) male who lives in brazil. I found this website by accident and I've been engaged ever since. I have a very ecletic taste of music, but recently I've been more into alternative and indie rock, alongside it's subgenres. I don't have much gear, but what I lack in quantity makes up for... Yeah, nevermind. My equipment is very cheap, but my guitars are mostly good, for what's worth it.
