However, it struggles with optical issues like blurry corners at large apertures and strong chromatic aberration, which aren't corrected in-camera. The lack of an aperture ring might also deter some Fujifilm purists. Despite these drawbacks, the lens delivers sharp images when stopped down and offers a uniquely wide angle. It's a solid, if imperfect, option for those looking to expand their kit without breaking the bank.
