Once I learnt how to properly use Ableton, my workflow increased tenfold. Everything is right at your finger tips, be it crazy automation, a simple recording or the plethora of audio effects.
Got this as a present a couple of years ago, and was immediately amazed at the quality of the sound. Gave a new perspective on some of my favourite tracks, as I was now able to hear subtle elements a lot clearer.
I went to a demonstration of Ableton's Push, and was immediately impressed by just how well it's integrated with Live. It's not just pretty lights, but a physical extension of Live, giving you the ability to do things a lot faster.
I was introduced to the S4 by a friend who owned one. The S4 has given me the tools to forge my own style of mixing, and helps me create a fun and dynamic set. Some of my favourite features are the possibility to have 8 Hot cues, the ability to switch between 4 decks and the in-built sound card.
Each kit is so diverse yet perfectly assembled so each sound works well together.
I can't wait to get into this program. I can finally put the polish on my tracks!
This plugin is great for side chain compression due to it's ease and user friendly interface. It's quick to get the desired pumping for your tracks.
