Rather than controlling parameters in your favorite DAW or soft synth with buttons and knobs, this wearable MIDI controller uses 3 axis accelerometers so the different direction you move your hand controls the parameter that is being affected. Its commonly used for guitar/bass effects but I think is going to be continuing to gain popularity with live DJ sets, simply because it looks so cool and people can see you changing the sound by moving your hand rather than turning invisble knobs.

Just bought this for my bassist to control effects on ableton. A universal effect pedal

When I have all my toys plugged in and running through Ableton I feel like I mixture of a painter, composer and mad scientist! Before Ableton music was a past time activity, now it takes up all of my time.

With Massive and Ableton I'm like a mad scientist, mixing and concocting anything I can dream up. Now I just need a lab coat and a white streak in my hair and a crazy look in my eyes
