Jeremy Martin uses the Seymour Duncan Quarter Pound P-J Bass Pickup Set on his main Ibanez bass, as evidenced by the logo and the large pole pieces visible in the pickup. This is confirmed by an image from New Noise Magazine hosted on SmugMug.

Jeremy Martin has been seen using the Ibanez TMB100M as his main bass guitar throughout most of Fleshwater's career, as evidenced by a photo taken by New Noise Magazine and hosted on SmugMug.

Jeremy Martin is confirmed to use the Ibanez RGR752AHBF RG Prestige, as he has been seen playing it during Vein.fm shows from 2019 to 2024, as well as in performances with Living Weapon. Additionally, Jon has been observed using Jeremy's Ibanez RGR before switching to a Fender Stratocaster from 2024 onwards. The proof can be found in the image available at Equipboard.

Jeremy Martin can be seen using an Ibanez AZ2402 Prestige guitar during performances from 2022 to 2024 (as evidenced by the image available on Equipboard) either as a backup or when switching tunings. The guitar was notably smashed onstage by Vein.fm bassist Jon Lhaubouet at the end of "Orgy In The Morgue" during the Sick New World 2024 event.

Jeremy Martin can be confirmed to use the Ibanez Prestige RGA121, as evidenced by his performance with the band Vein.fm on Audiotree in November 2018. The guitar is also featured in "The Evidence," a behind-the-scenes documentary for their latest album "This World Is Going To Ruin You."

Jeremy Martin uses the Ernie Ball MVP Volume Pedal as an expression pedal for the EHX Pitchfork, as evidenced clearly in a video of a Vein.fm show at Hingham, Massachusetts.

In a video captured by Johna Jo Media during a Vein.fm performance at the Sons of Italy in Hingham, Massachusetts on March 26, 2023, Jeremy Martin is visibly using an Electro-Harmonix Pitch Fork pedal. The video provides clear evidence of his use of this gear, and it also shows that in earlier performances he used two Pitch Fork pedals. It is used as a Whammy pedal with an Ernie Ball MVP Volume Pedal as an expression pedal.

The pedal settings appear to include a 3-octave up shift as heard from the "Self-Destruct" EP to the re-recordings of "Terror's Realm" in the "Old Data in a New Machine" compilation, and a 1-octave down shift for "This World Is Going to Ruin You."

In an image posted and shared on Facebook by Apolline Cornuet Photography, Jeremy Martin can be seen using a Gibson SG in a photo from a Vein.fm show in January 2019.

In this Facebook post by Christian Barker, Jeremy is seen using a seemingly custom Moniker Anastasia (with a sticker of Evangelion's Rei (not the IVE member, duh) on the bottom) in sky blue. This guitar was evidently used in live Vein.fm shows in 2017.

Jeremy can be seen using a Parker Fly in the Virus://Vibrance music video. There's no evidence as to whether or not this guitar was played live.

Jeremy can be seen using a DigiTech Drop instead of another Pitchfork pedal from 2023 onwards! The pedal was used to tune to drop B to play songs from This World Is Going To Ruin You.
