This is a great guitar. I started out with a Squire Stratocaster and I wasn't a huge fan, but I was on a budget. I decided that I would upgrade this (and the amp I had with it) after a while of having the other guitar, and finally the time came. I did weeks of research and had finally decided on the Telecaster, I then did more research and found this. I loved it from the first play. I tried out some other rosewood Telecasters and liked them, so I ordered this. Right out of the box, I loved it.
I played it non-stop for a week and had no complaints, until a string broke. I was disappointed, but then I upgraded the strings to the Regular Slinky Nickel Wound. It felt even better than it did before. (I later discovered that the String Guide was turned incorrectly and snapped to strings, so check for that.)
It sounds amazing with both clean and distorted tones (I use the Orange Crush 35rt). The neck feels great (especially after changing the strings to a ten gauge). The controls work great. Other than the String Guide (Which just needed to be turned a little) and the strings (Which is just personal preference) I love it. I can't even imagine what else you would need in a guitar.
I use a Fender Standard Telecaster HH and these feel and sound great. They (in my opinion) feels a lot better than the stock strings that came with the guitar. Of course, I also like higher gauge strings better that 0.09s. No complaints.
This is a great all-around audio editor. It can do most things so long as you know how to use it. Sometimes it acts a little weird but that can be dealt with easily.
