Loaded with Celestion Blackbacks 25W 55hz from '76.
Great feel and tone. The guitar is resonant, lightweight (although the headstock is heavier, thanks to the banjo tuners), color is unique, neck profile is good. Looks like a luxury car from the 50's.
Bought this pedal without even trying berfore and I wasn't disappointed. Plugged it in and made my amp scream. Lots of gain and definition, capable of recreating those glassy tones, which plexi fans all love.
I mostly use the octave down/up functions, but this pedal has a lot more in it.
I'd say it is a fairly cheap entry to playing wireless, which provides a great sound quality and is perfect for smaller venues, but the design is not the best. I always have to ducktape the battery clip, otherwise it would open. If you shake this thing too much, the batteries might have short contact issues, which reboot the transmitter. Don't go running far, because you'll loose the signal. Same with crowd surfing... mobile phones, Wi-Fi networks, 4G might interfere. I would still recommend this if you don't want to spend tons of money on wireless systems, because it fits your pedalboard nicely and is worth the price.
