Very nice EQ
A very nice EQ, with good frequencys and a useable level/volume pot. Great EQ, but can be use as a clean boost as well.

An older low wattage combo amp
Works like a charm :) I use it as a practice amp, and sometimes for recording purposes. It has 2 channels, each with its own input. The EQ has 3 bands, it is a master EQ. The amp has a built in reverb, with a footswitch jack on the rear, so you can switch the reverb on and off. On the rear there is also an FX loop (send and return jacks), a headphone out jack, and an extension speaker out. The built in speaker is a 10" Roland japan speaker. I use my DIY 1x12" w/ Celestion Heritage G12H100 speaker (100W/8ohm) with this amp, to get more fuller sounds.

I have a DIY (replica) version of this unit. Amazing sounding box. I use it as a booster for higher gain sounds.

Octave down fuzz pedal
I have a DIY (replica) version of this unit. I have modified it so I can choose 1 octave or 2 octaves down with a toggle switch. The fuzz is very close to a Marshall stacks OD. A very unique sounding effect.

I had an original script logo one of these for awhile and was incredibly entertained by it for a good 6 months... I am not sure why you are describing its fuzz as sounding like a cranked marshall though, I was never hearing that and I had a cranked superlead in that band.... I am pretty sure the singer from Haelstorn is still using my bluebox sometimes, their band was shelved by their label at the time and they were just doing odds and sods gigs around town and Lizzy bought my blue box off me when I picked up a tonebender... tis a bummer what happened to that band, I am glad for their success, but the original major label album they were working on sounded way better and was way more unique in rough mixes than what eventually got released although their new stuff is a little closer to their real sound... I think my band played a couple 'girls night' kinda bills with those guys because we also had a cute female singer... incidentally, their lead guitarist uses an almost identical a/b rig to what I used back then.... I had vintage fender and marshall amps and I think he has modern fender and hot rod marshall flavored boutique stuff.... I always wonder if he ripped off my rig

They are both creamy, singing and sustains forever. When youlisten to the dry signal only the low and high frequencies are very similar too. Of course a Marshall has its own mid range, and this one is more scooped. And of course with the octave down this is a unique voice :)

Nice analog modelling box
I have a DIY version (replica) of this unit, the SinAmp. The sounds are amazing.

A bit slow, a bit digital, but a cheap solution. :)
I used this unit a lot at live shows as a pitchshifter, for changing tuning keys between songs.

yeah, the CE2 is pretty badass.... its no CE1, but its close enough for live, though I wish it had stereo.... it seems like every modulation effect I've ever owned is mono and then when I score a stereo one it sounds inferior so I get rid of it and swear off chorus and flange again.... CE2, mono.... CS9, mono... FL9, mono, BF2, mono... small clone, mono.... smalls tone, mono! it goes on and on.... but I like using 2 amps and would totally dig on spreading my modulation across both. lif is really unfair man.

I have been tempted to buy one of these for when I want channel switching ever since the 90s and always chicken out because of all the ICs involved in the circuit, its just so untubey, but people who hav them love them, so...... either those people are crazy or I should break down and get one?
