A simple fake 8-bit creation program.
Powerful enough to create all sorts of 8-bit sounding music while being simple to use. I use both the Windows and Android distributions.
Works great with DJ controller, otherwise really Limited
Since VDJ LE is released with your controller, it works perfectly with it. But since the options are all but cut off to you and there is very limited options otherwise, I would recommend not using this. Also the full version is $300, so maybe go with Mixxx or Traktor instead.
Mixxx 2.0 Is Great!
Early versions of Mixxx were pretty bare bones, but the current version now contains some basic effects. Since the full versions of most DJing programs cost $100+ this is a great program to use for those who don't really want to lay that kind of cash down, at least not just yet.
Really Weird Piece of Equipment
Being a Beginner in equipment, I am not sure if this product is for me, but it has many possibilities. I currently use it in tandem with my Numark MixTrack in Mixxx. It obviously can do even more that I haven't tried yet. I would buy it just because of the novelty of the motion controls to be honest.
First DJ Controller
Coming in from using Virtual DJ with a mouse, this product is fantastic. Doesn't have ANY bells and whistles just the basics for simple mixing. Also Virtual DJ LE isn't that fantastic.
Cheap and Effective
For only $10, you get a lot of power inside a phone app. I highly recommend for android users.

Great sound! Doesn't do anything fancy. It does it's job and does it well.
Great Noise Maker
Not really for accurate note playing but fantastic for making noisy little sounds and a great Delay effect.
Pretty Solid little Ableton Controller
My first Ableton Controller. Just exactly what I need as a beginner.
