Description
Introducing the Akai APC Mini, a compact powerhouse for electronic musicians and producers on the move. A dynamic instrument that empowers you to create music with Ableton Live anywhere, this controller combines all the essential features of Akai Pro's flagship APC40 mkII into a neat, backpack-friendly size.
Equipped with an expanded 8x8 multicolor clip-launching grid, the APC Mini enables hands-on exploration of your music. The 64 responsive triggers and tri-color lighting provide instant visual feedback, allowing you to launch clips and create or perform your song from scratch without needing to look at your computer. The Shift button and directional arrows let you manipulate the scope of the 8x8 grid with ease.
To ensure you have full control over your mix, the APC Mini features nine channel faders. These faders are fully assignable, allowing for flexible mixing and mapping options. The dedicated buttons for volume, pan, sends, and device control open up a world of possibilities for creating fluid transitions, panning instruments, adjusting the level of effects, and more.
The APC Mini seamlessly integrates with Ableton Live for an instant performance and production setup. The hardware controls correspond 1 to 1 with Ableton Live's interface, so there's no additional configuring required.
