According to this reader spotlight in No Treble, Neely uses an Ibanez BTB1005E.

In his YouTube video "Bass Note Reharmonization (A Bassist's Secret Weapon)" from the series AN's Bass Lessons #3, Adam Neely mentions using the Samick Corsair Mini Bass.
