This bass guitar is shown in the documentary New York Doll when Arthur goes to get it out of hock at the pawn shop. He had been paying $175 per year to keep his guitars there because he didn’t have $262 at any one time that was needed to take the guitars home. Friends from church gave him the money so he could get his guitars back and practice in advance of the New York Dolls’ reunion show at the 2004 Meltdown Festival.
