Guitar Amplifier Heads2 JCM 2000 TSL 100 heads w/ matching 1960A 4x12 cabinets were acquired for Andy by management in the early 2000's when Andy teamed up once again with Michael Monroe for the millenial Hanoi Rocks rebirth. These were used onstage by Andy (one active, the other on standby as backup) up to and including Hanoi's farewell residency at Helsinki's Tavastia club in 2009.

In the video titled "Andy McCoy-Wild Horses," at the 0:57 mark, Andy McCoy is clearly seen playing a Yamaha FG-411CE-12 BL guitar. This footage is from the Finnish music program "Jyrki," specifically an episode from 1996. Yamaha produced these guitars from 1993 to 1997 in finishes such as Black, Natural, and Violin Sunburst. The video is provided by Jon Heikkinen on YouTube.
