Benny Croll frequently uses the Fender Rumble 100 as his primary bass amplifier during live performances, except when sharing gear with other artists. According to a post by rockncroll on Instagram, this amp is featured prominently in his shows and has been extensively used for recording sessions.

Ben can be seen playing this olympic white finish Fender MIM Mustang Bass PJ in almost all photos and footage of him playing. From what is apparent, he acquired the bass guitar around May 2018, shortly after joining The Roselles. He has said that it is strung with Rotosound flat wound strings, as he prefers the balanced and less harmonic output the strings give the instrument.

Ben can be seen playing an arctic white Mexican P bass in this video posted to Instagram. Reportedly the instrument belongs to Iwan Lewis (Drummer for The Roselles), however, it has been used for recording purposes on several occasions.

In this video seemingly showing a blues rock jam, Ben can be seen playing an Hofner Violin Bass from their Ignition series of guitars. This instrument seems to have been Ben's main bass until the introduction of the Fender Mustang PJ, and he has reportedly said that due to electronics issues, the bass is now unfortuenately broken.

In an Instagram post by user rockncroll, Benny Croll is shown with the Fender Classic Series '72 Telecaster Deluxe Electric Guitar in Sunburst, which he received in October 2018. Although primarily seen on Croll's Instagram, the guitar is frequently played by Lloyd Flower during Roselles gigs. Notably, it was reportedly once owned by Pete Doherty of The Libertines.
