At 4:49 in the video you can see this is apart of Billy's gear. He uses this to switch between the different amp model pre amps in his rig. He switches between them in order to get the needed tone for certain songs
2 Radial JD7 Injectors can be seen in Corgan's rack at about 3:00 in this Rig Rundown.
