While possessing and playing on original vintage National guitars, Bob Brozman became an ambassador for the company revival and played their guitars live and studio. He mostly played the most famous model Tricone Style 1 / O.

Bob Brozman made his signature sound to play resonator guitar, especially original vintage National guitars which he collects. He later became an ambassador for the company revival under "National Resophonic" brand.

The specifications of Bob Brozman’s personal instrument was captured in the Professional Model. In addition to the appointments of the standard DBB – a Herringbone combination purfling and Ivoroid top binding with a Herringbone and Ivoroid rosette – the DBB Pro is built with gorgeous reclaimed Koa wood for the back, sides and peghead overlay. This increasingly rare tone wood is acquired from old, naturally downed trees. SCGC is privy to a proprietary seasoning procedure that captures the colorful golden chocolate richness of this Hawaiian national treasure.
