In this video which shows Bonobo's studio setup, starting at 0:28 (and throughout the video) you can see he uses the Mackie Control Universal Pro control surface while producing his tracks. It sits on his desk for easy access, to the left of his midi keyboard and Mac keyboard.

The APC40 is on the right of Bonobo's laptop in his Instagram photo: "Rehearsals. Nashville. Day One."

"I've just switched over to a couple of little RME Fireface [UCX] audio cards, and they're fantastic for live work. "

As said in interview, in early days Bonobo used Akai S3000, which he recived from Amon Tobin.

In this video of Simon Green (Bonobo) in his studio in Brooklyn, at the 0:20 mark you can see his Mac Pro on the floor underneath his desk.

On the far-right of Bonobo's Instagram photo, an Akai keyboard controller with 25 keys and 12 drum pads can be spotted on the table. The layout and design is consistent with that of the Akai MPK 25.

They ask him what gear he couldn't live without and he replies: "These days it’s so different because really all you need is a MacBook and it’s all there. But back in the day it was Akai samplers S-3000 which is the thing I made my first two albums on. Also I used an old E-mu SP-1200 as well."

In this MTV video featuring Bonobo in his studio, one can see the Keyboard with the Numeric Keypad starting at approximately 28 seconds in.

In this photo from Bonobo's Instagram, Bonobo can be seen producing in Ableton Live on a MacBook Pro. The width along both sides of the keyboard would suggest that it must be bigger than the 13" model, but not so wide that it would be the 17" model.

The Apogee Ensemble can be seen in the rack on Bonobo's desk in 0:09 of this deconstruction video from MTV.
