In a March 12, 2013 The Gear Page forum reply, user Arc Angel reported that Rosas had used an EC Twinolux while on tour with Neil Young. Los Lobos had been listed among the artists using the EC Tremolux on Fender's official online product page for the amp.
Cesar's a Marshall guy, but can't find any decent rental backlines. On the Neil Young tour he was using a Fender EC Twinolux Signature.
