In this 2016 social media post, Firth writes: "In anticipation of the new Cradle of Filth album, based on themes of Victorian horror, I recently spent a little time with my old friend Void Works in a Victorian graveyard, showcasing my new axe from Schecter Guitars. Of course, I'll be playing bass on the new Cradle album, but it was on a Hellraiser C-1 FR like this that I wrote a couple of the new songs set to feature."

I've got my Solo-II Supreme singing beautifully with a new set of Newtone Strings - a slightly heavier gauge than I've been using previously. I'm not 100% decided, but I think I'll be sticking with them."

Not to mention it looks super sharp, and weighs less than 20kg!"
