He says in the post that he uses combination of Super-sonic and the bassbreaker combos while he runs distorted and dirty sounds into the Bassbreaker 45W and the clean sounds through the super sonic. I saw at their concert that he had both amps back to back on the floor behind him both miced up so he had them mostly going into his floor monitor, since they werent tilted towards him.
In an interview with Guitar Player Magazine, Daniel Kongos mentions using the Fender Bassbreaker 45W 2x12 Tube Guitar Combo Amp.

At 2:20 you can see his board in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, I'm having a hard time being sure of the other pedals he has, but I can clearly make out a polytune tuner.
