In this relatively high resolution video of a 2003 Murderdolls Live Perfomance in Sydney, Australia Eric Griffin can be seen playing a Gibson Nikki Sixx 'Blackbird' Thunderbird bass. He can best be seen playing it from 0:00 - 2:30 in the video
The pickguard seems to have been replaced so it no longer features the Iron cross and eagle that is stock with the signature model. This bass was used on the initial first run of murderdolls. Many pinterist pictures show Eric playing the same bass on multiple different occasions. The bass was most likely also tuned to E standard.
An epiphone version was also made of the Nikki Sixx Blackbird but no evidence exists of Eric griffin ever using the epiphone model. The difference between the two can be spotted on the pickup shape and the headstock logo.
Eric Griffin is confirmed to use a B.C. Rich Mockingbird NJ Bass(possibly 2002), as evidenced by footage from a 2018 tribute concert for Ben Graves. Additional evidence is provided via a handful of pinterst photos where Eric plays the same bass at what seems to be a concert.
(This bass seems to be extremely difficult to find information about since it likely did poorly sales wise.)
