Gotoh Masafumi

This guitar is visible in the center of the photo. He used marauder in the early years of his band. Also featured on the cover of their first album, Houkai Amplifier. He used this guitar in a live show in 2013 at Yokohama Stadium.

In the video for "Haruka Kanata" by Asian Kung-Fu Generation, Gotoh Masafumi can be seen using a B.C. Rich Eagle Guitar.

The screenshot was taken at 2:22, but Gotoh can be seen using the guitar at several points throughout this video.

Typically he is not seen playing this guitar live.

A picture on Guitar Magazine, January 2019 issue, shows Gotoh's Les Paul Special guitar.

In an Instagram post by gotch_akg, Gotoh Masafumi of Asian Kung-Fu Generation is seen with a 2010 Gibson Les Paul Junior Special in Heritage Cherry, identifiable by its modified pickup, positioned to the left of his Marauder guitar.

At 4:52 in the above video, Gotoh exchanges his Les Paul Special Doublecut for this guitar, at Fuji Rock Festival 2010.

He usually uses it for 'Maigo Inu to Ame no Beat/A Lost Dog and the Beats of the Rain' and other songs from the Magic Disk and World World World, and still uses the guitar for recent shows when playing the song.

Gotoh has this guitar but nowadays the pickguard was removed. This guitar use mainly for song "Empathy" and was used for "Yoru wo Koete" music video.

Gotoh only used Fender Mustang for "Solanin" music video, the same guitar played by protagonists on Solanin movie.
