This mixer is presumably where the Shure SM7B microphones are plugged into that Joe Rogan, Jamie, and the podcast guests speak into.

In the Joe Rogan Experience #981 with guest Josh Barnett, at 2:52:50 Rogan sings the praises of the Blue Raspberry Microphone when explaining how easy and simple it is for him to get it out and record a podcast with it. He says:
