John 5 uses Dimarzio D Activator Bridge pickups in his main guitars, as said at 0:22 in this video: "It's been great. I love the pickups...I have the pickups in my main guitars, so anything you hear me playing is with these pickups."

If you have seen pictures of one of John 5's telecaster's then there is a good chance you've seen one of these, he's a big fan of them putting them on a lot of his tele's, including his "FENDER CUSTOM SHOP J5 BIGSBY SIGNATURE TELECASTER" which you can see from this photo here: http://4everstatic.com/pictures/674xX/people/musicians/man-with-guitar-143691.jpg (The one in the photo is a fender B5 but still a B5).
