Luke Mark's Effects Pedals
In this Facebook post from a fan dated 22 May 2022, we can see a Boss BD-2W on Luke's pedalboard (with the footswitch plate swapped with Isaac's Boss SD-1W) from a show in Bristol on 21 May 2022: https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=1222779138459606&set=gm.10158825789837865&idorvanity=64533347864
“It’s a bit of a secret weapon. I had to learn the hard way that the treble needs to be down really low and the bass needs to be up really high. I use a bright sound anyway so that’s why.”
From a Total Guitar interview with Luke in March 2022:
There’s not really any obvious delay but there’s a [EHX] Memory Man on most of the time because the preamp just makes everything sound wicked. There’s some tape delay on the guitars, from a tape machine I think, not from a delay unit.

In this video at 0:48 you can see Infront of Luke Mark the distinctive shape of a Jekyll & Hyde dual drive pedal. You can tell its a V1 as opposed to a V2 because the V2 has a lip above the knobs which is not present here.
Luke has a Maxon Distortion Master, a Boss EQ modded by Adrian Thorpe of Thorpy FX, and an Electro-Harmonix Canyon delay. These go into Orange amps, currently TH30s, but they have plans to go to stacks when bigger gigs are possible again.

When the Maxon isn’t enough by itself, Luke hits it with a JFET clean boost pedal that Isaac built. Elsewhere, effects are fairly minimal.
Luke Mark is confirmed to use the Maxon AD-999 Analog Delay pedal, as it is visible at the 24-second mark in the video titled "Black Country New Road - Sunglasses (session Eurosonic 2020)" by 3voor12 on YouTube.
