Its his own signature guitar made by PRS. He uses it a lot.

Lettieri can be seen using a black Ibanez AZ2204B at 2:52 in his Naptime music video. This guitar sports a black finish, in contrast to his silver AZ2204 (which has a listing above) which was modified with a set of custom Seymour Duncan pickups. It is unknown if both guitars were modified in this way.
