In this acoustic session video, Matt and Chris play the acoustic versions of "Ultraviolet", "In my Mind" and "Little Something" from their debut album, published on 17th February 2017. The Gretsch Rancher is Matt's main acoustic guitar which he uses in the song "Holy Roller" and in all the acoustic songs in "The Amazons Deluxe Version" - he also uses it when playing with live.

Matt uses a Gibson flying V during this 2019 performiance at TRNSMT. He gets it out at 16:30 for In My Mind and uses it again at 32:00 for Black Magic
Matt used his Gibson les paul custom for most of the first record, he continues to use it in live shows and in studio.
In this live performance of 'Ultraviolet' in the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge, we see Matt play his Gibson Custom Les Paul at 0:36 in the video. This is his main guitar when touring for the Amazons.
In this video of The Amazons performing at TRNSMT Festival in Glasgow Matt uses a HH Telecaster for the songs Stay With Me, 25 and later at about 27:10 for Junk Food Forever, the guitar is first handed to him at about 7:50.
