If you watch this clip, at around 1:11 you can see Michael playing an SB-1000. I think it is an SB-1000, although I could be completely wrong.

At 1:50 he mentions Warwick Streamer as his main bass

At 1.07 he mentions the head he's been using while recording Therapy?'s Disquiet album

At 0:20 he mentions he uses Warwick 4x10 cabs which is WCA 410-4
