"I had a 1965 or ’66 Epiphone bass, the kind that Fang from Paul Revere and the Raiders used. Then I also had a Fender P-Bass I had since I was 15 years old. Louis had a Telecaster, an SG and a Silvertone hollowbody. I had a Rickenbacker bass for a while—loved that. My favorite kind of stuff is vintage, has always been vintage. I always wanted those clothes and those guitars. I think if you look back at the pictures of us they look kinda cool because we were just trying to look like it was the 60s."
