Before the recording of The Black Parade, Ray’s Marshall JCM 2000 broke down during preproduction, and ended up using producer Rob Cavallo’s Marshall JCM 800 head, and it became the main head used for The Black Parade.

In the music video for "I'm Not Okay (I Promise)" by My Chemical Romance, Ray Toro is seen using the Crate BV300HB Blue Voodoo Guitar Amp Head. It can additionally be seen in footage of the performance at the Club Krome in Sayreville NJ from 2003.

Used during recording of 'Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge' can be seen in Life on the Murder Scene (in above link at 5:17).

It also appeared to be used live as seen in Cresskill, New Jersey performance in February 2002

In this picture taken from one of MCR’s earliest gigs, you can see Ray playing through a Peavey 5150 120w Head.

At 30:22 in the video titled "My Chemical Romance Rig Rundown with Frank Iero, Ray Toro & Mikey Way" by Premier Guitar on YouTube, a Marshall 4x12 Cabinet Speaker is visible beneath the Fender Deluxe Reverb Amp, confirming its inclusion in Ray Toro's rig setup.

At 30:16 in the Premier Guitar video titled "My Chemical Romance Rig Rundown with Frank Iero, Ray Toro & Mikey Way," Ray Toro's rig setup is shown to include the Amplified Nation Wonderland Overdrive v2 50-watt 1 x 12-inch Combo Amplifier.

At 31:52 in the video "My Chemical Romance Rig Rundown with Frank Iero, Ray Toro & Mikey Way" by Premier Guitar, Ray Toro's technician, Josh, is seen displaying a pair of Fryette PS-100 Power Station 100W Tube Reactance Amplifiers installed in a rack.
