In the attached photo, Samm Henshaw is at a live performance with a Squier Jazzmaster, whose specs (notably the switch in the opposite corner of the volume and tone controls) line up most clearly with the Vintage Modified Jazzmaster.

In the attached photo, Samm is performing live with his Godin 5th Avenue guitar, whose layout appears to be that of the Kingpin in the 5th Avenue line by Godin. The difference between the Kingpin and the Kingpin II is having 1 pickup or 2, respectively. While the picture doesn't make it completely clear as Samm's hand is covering about where the second pickup would be in the photo, there are others that validate the fact that it is the Kingpin, not the Kingpin II.
