Sean Bonnette's Gear

In this Youtube video, Sean Pulls out a Flying V at 8:17, to play the song "I Wanna Rock Out In My Dreams".

The video is part of a "Live from Quarantine" series Sean has been running. It has not appeared before or since this video, so it may have been borrowed. I cannot determine the exact model, but I would guess some kind of anniversary model, given the 12th fret inlay. It appears to be cherry or brown stain.

Sean did a video with Yamaha talking about his guitar. Also he did do some modification so his. He put some plasic over the electronics so his sweat doesn't kill it. You can see that in the video.

sean uses one of these guitars in their early work and it can be seen in almost every one of their live performances from the early days, including at randy's house as shown in the video. Sean was also later seen with one of these guitars on the knife man tour. If it was the same example as in the linked video or a new example of the same model is unknown. Another 110 emerged around the "Christmas Island" era, this time with an aftermarket single coil pickup installed in the soundhole, That guitar can be seen in a video for "Fistful of Vinyl". I originally figured it was borrowed, But an identical guitar also showed up in the video for "Temple Grandin", so I am pretty confident that guitar belongs to sean. (The guitar's identifying feature being that aftermarket pickup installed in the soundhole, which is not present on any of seans other guitars) The guitar in those two videos has some decent wear on it, so it is possible that this is in fact one or both of the previously mentioned guitars. If it is in fact the same guitar in all 3 cases, the aftermarket pickup was not yet installed in the guitar at the time of the Randy's House videos or the knife man tour videos, and was installed between "Knife Man" and "Christmas Island".

Sean can be seen using what appears to be a Yamaha SG 600 throughout this video. I determined the model by the inlays and the top binding, because binding means it can't be a 200, and the dots are only consistently present on the 200 and the 600 in the modern era. It is unclear whether or not the pickups are original. Sean has brought this guitar out several times during the "Live From Quarantine" Series. It is unclear whether it is vintage or modern, but given his relatively recent relations with yamaha, and the fact it was (as far as I know) unseen before "Live From Quarantine", I'm going to wager modern.
